There are several group email addresses and mailing lists that can be used by members to save time; these are displayed below. Please contact webmaster@bathamptonscouts.org with any question about our email system or mailing lists.
Individual Email Addresses
All adult volunteers in the group should have a ‘@bathamptonscouts.org’ email account. These will be in the format:
firstname@bathamptonscouts.org
and should be used for all group Scouting business, rather than using a personal email account, inline with our GDPR policy.
You can log in to your ‘@bathamptonscouts.org’ email account by visiting mail.bathamptonscouts.org.
Some individual roles have an additional email address, however they should still log in using firstname@bathamptonscouts.org as their username.
These are:

| secretary@bathamptonscouts.org – goes to the Group Secretary. |

Adult Volunteer Mailing Lists
Emails sent to these addresses will go to your ‘@bathamptonscouts.org’ Gmail account.
adult.volunteers@bathamptonscouts.org – goes to all adult volunteers in the group.
leaders@bathamptonscouts.org – goes to all leaders in the group.
trustees@bathamptonscouts.org – goes to all registered trustees of the group (the executive committee).

These are updated by Online Scout Manager and will use any address marked to receive emails in your section.
